Complementing the Coffin Clamp the Edge Bander represents a highly efficient method of attaching edge lippings to the faces of Coffin side boards.
Lippings are stored in a magazine and then automatically fed on to the passing board which is prepared by the intregal high speed cutter.
Hot melt glue is applied as the lipping and board meet and clamping pressure is maintained until the board leaves the end of the machine.
A cycle time of 15 secs. per board can be achieved by unskilled labour.
